Great stuff! I like the ear studies the best out of all the drawings. I think you are making some typical beginner mistakes, which is fine, we've all been there :) In your portraits you often use "symbols" instead of how things actually look like. This is most noticeable in the eyes where you draw these almond shapes with a circle in it. But a real eye looks different. really try to observe what you draw. Draw what you actually see, not what you think you see. Also you try a lot of stuff, (portraits, values, perspective, shading) which is good, but you might concentrate in the beginning on some basics: improving you lines and drawing basic shapes. I can recommend Stan's "Drawing basics" course which will help you with that. A free alternative is Draw a box, that one will help you with your lines and shapes greatly. Hope this helps!
