I prepared faster this time to work on this challenge. I started with the first two frames, which of course I did not like either of them, but I am going to share the full direction of pieces here even the failed ones. I will definitely share better frames in this time. Failure is not always bad

I am digging this sci-fi concept of the roboticist's laboratory. It seems as though you really hit on a compelling color and lighting scenario with your second image as well. You've got a good complementary palette going with the oranges and blues. I also like how low the overall light levels are; very moody, like a noir film. I think it is working as-is. However, in this study, you forgot the shadow of the window frames against the wall. When you add this, it'll look even more like a noir film! Also, I don't know if this is really an issue, but it appears that your secondary light source, the computer monitors, is shining onto the scene from the same general direction as the primary light source, the window. If you had a monitor positioned somewhere on the other side of the room, it would give you an excuse to push more cool tones into the shadows.

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to participate in this challenge at the specified time. When I saw today that the time of the challenge is coming to an end, I said that I have to work on at least one storyboard page to play a role in this challenge. In the next challenge, however, I will do a complete job The desired text is in the storyboard.

(2 of 2) One thing I enjoyed doing this challenge was refining my art pipeline to get these drawings done more quickly. Not only did I have to streamline how I stylized the characters, shading, and environments, but I also had to change the order and the process with which I went about making the artwork. This challenge helped me unlock a new skill, in a sense.

I liked your work technique and light and color style. In some places I think because you know the story, there are a lot of jumps between the frames. But in the end, the SUBMISSIONS is beautiful

dear james. It was always a question for me. What helps to tell the story more visually? Going straight to the point? Or move the audience's eye, in the image

Hi! Here's my comic submission for the storytelling challenge. The short scene will hopefully speak for itself, but here's a brief overview of the backdrop I had in mind:  In early Christian Poland the tension between the old pagan faith and Christianity is mounting and feelings are running high not only between people but also between the spirits of old, folk saints and devils. A new dawn is rising, a war is afoot and those who want to take part the least will come to suffer the most. And that's that :) BTW, the title, "Zorza", means "aurora". Cheers!

I have to congratulate you Sebastian, I really enjoyed the storytelling and the movement of the frames. The design and style of your work is also clear

Here is my proko challenge. I am still learning figure drawing and I decided to create a piece to re-imagine a classic filipino novel "Noli Me Tangere". The book was so controversial that it sparked the Philippine Revolition in 1898.

well done. is that a final submission?

Here's the process for my piece! There's still a lot to work on, details are rough, but the general idea is there. What do y'all think? Any advice?
