I see you're using lines in a sketchy rhythm throughout, which is good, but I think you can continue to go a bit further with this by using them for more exploration and correction. Don't be afraid to deviate a lot from the initial line you put down if it needs to be changed. It helps to think about the big idea of the picture, or the larger shapes that make it up, like the oval body of the penguin or the square head of the VR girl, and you can even incorporate these shapes into your light sketch. That way, it's easier to make changes early on and it gives you some guidance as you add in more detail.
looks good! I noticed that in the shades it seems a little flat because there’s really no transition in between the darkest to medium to light shade. I made a quick sketch to show u what I mean (def not perfect) but i wanted to emphasize more angled lines and transition through value. I hope this makes sense!
