Hi everyone! For my submission I chose “Something Wicked This Way Comes” by Ray Bradbury. I remember reading this book every autumn when I was younger and it always made me feel excited for the season. The strange and sinister imagery conveyed throughout the story has always stayed with me.  I’m pretty new to drawing digitally so I tried to keep it simple and focus more on colour, and contrast between light and dark since this is one of the main themes in the book. This was so much fun to try! Thanks! :)

Hi all, this is my submission for the April Proko Challenge. I decided to make an alternative cover for a Stephen King book. Pretty hard to pick one because there are so many classics to choose from, but I went with ‘Elevation’. It’s a fairly recent novella about a man who weighs the same in his clothes and out of them, no matter how heavy they are. He also steadily loses weight, even though he doesn’t look any different. This isn’t a horror story, but rather a beautiful tale of acceptance and overcoming prejudice. If you haven’t read Stephen King before, I think this novella is a great starting point!  I also edited it in a mock-up, cuz it looks really nice 😂
