great lesson! I did this practice in clip studio, with default brushes, it was hard for me to get good textures

Still a very well done study despite the lack of texture.

Here beith my first attempt. It's almost like learning how to walk - wobbly and unstable. I drew along with the video this time around and had issues spotting things Stan did at times. Makes me worry about how much I'll miss if I do this on my own observation, but I trust the instructional manuals and videos will help that along.

Hi @daisaka, great job! Don´t worry about anatomical accuracy at this point. Stan just wanted to show tracings in the beginning since it's an exercise that you can use as a study tool when you dive deeper into the course. The thing to take with you from this lesson is how to do an anatomy tracing.   For a strong tracing I'm concerned about these two things:  1. For clarity, vary the lineweight, thicker for the border of muscles and thinner for the muscle fibers  2. Avoid floating lines. I want to be clear with how the fibers track so I like to draw them all the way from where they originate to where they insert, and not just indicate them floating in the middle of the muscle.    I hope this helps :)

Really happy with this upgrade. Been utilizing Proko.com for years, and these are very welcome changes. Lot of my favorite artists are plugged in so I'm very excited.
