Here is the progress I have so far. Feel free to give any advice so I can improve it :).

Accuracy when you measure would be the best start if you're going to practice the loomis head specifically. I'd suggest re-watching Stans videos and soak up what he puts emphasis on and watch the critique video so you can catch the mistakes people commonly make in case you can't get a critique.

On the topic of note taking have either of you tried the methods mentioned Harry Lorayne? My personal favorite techniques are Memory palace/Loci and Major method!

I can draw now. But i struggle with the pre-drawing preparations like stretching the paper on a board, what board to use, what paper is to be stretched on that board and a million other things that an individual cannot learn without any help and there are basically no one who is teaching us how to do that stuff.
I have attached one of my Portraits, i know you must get a million images for critiques and such, but i don't want that. All i want is to say thankyou so so much, because you have taught me this from thousands of miles away and that is like the coolest thing ever.
Thankyou for everything !!

Will Marshall release his sketchbook titled "Forsaking the Bakery" again? Maybe in digital form? It was really cool checking out some pages on his website!

Asked for help
what sculpture related question would you like answered in an upcoming video?
Are there any benefits to learning how to physically sculpt that can apply to learning to sculpt and model in digital media?
