Hello. I'm no stranger to gesture but I am to timed ones. Still, I never got past making glorified stick figures. I was doing Stan's anatomy course before this and it ended up horribly. Some of the comments recommended going over this course and that's why I'm here now.
Here's a 30s gesture session I did. I tried keeping myself loose. Also timed out on some of these.

First 10 gesture drawing I did after watching the "How to Draw Gesture - Step by Step". I think I'll need to re-watch the lesson multiple times. Any feedback would be appreciated.
I think you’re doing great! These are nice and loose and really convey the gestures. (I wish I could loosen up like this. I’m trying, and this is harder than I thought it would be.) You inspire me.
