You're not really supposed to "get through" the course. If all you're focused on is the end, you won't see what's on the road.

hello, if i purchase the entire course 'Anatomy of the Human body' how many hours is the course in total. Also as this is an online course how will I receive feedback or ask questions regarding the content of the course?
You won't, you will be relying on the community for the most part if you want feedback.
