First of all, I want to mention your great work with shapes and shadows. It feels very confident. Good job. If we talking about problems of your work, the first thing that I see is volume. You can easily spot it on the mouth area.
I tried to analyze separate parts of your drawing. I can say that mouth and chin feels like 30 degrees angle from the viewer, but the eyes and nose turned about 45 degrees. What I suggest is to analyze volumes on the reference and apply for your amazing shape work on these volumes.

@linnkoln Thanks for your feedback. We are working on that. We want the same thing as well, community activeness. If you want to bring this up directly with Stan. We're doing Townhall meetings where you can ask questions and voice concerns. https://www.proko.com/party We'll be doing one every Friday for the next 3 weeks. Details on how to participate will come out in the next couple of days. Hope to hear from you there.
We need a search for feedback and it would be good to keep it structured.
What issues I have: I am able and want to help people in their understanding of perspective. I want to help people in this specific field. But now I am enabled to do that. I want a tag, a search or any valuable instrument that will immediately help me to help people in my specific field. Also, it would be nice for students to know who can and want to help, who could you ask for advice and in which field this person is up to help.
I am sorry for speaking in this tone, but I am a UX designer and Game designer. I understand how lacking proper instruments in interactive systems can ruin community relationships. For now, I don't see any possible way of effectively giving my expertise. I am just worrying that this could decrease community activeness.
