My take! I tried to assign every part of anatomy Stan mentioned in the video correctly. Drawing along really made a difference in actually grasping the concept. I'll try some studies of my own now!

Thanks for this post! I compared my knowledge to this and the video as I was drawing along - and it was really helpful to clarify some of the areas.
