My goals for the year & this class are to improve my sketchbook by 1) understanding when to use one, two, or three-point perspective, 2) learning to use a ruler and grid, 3) being able to create a sense of depth when sketching buildings or landscapes. I have included images that I made myself with the intention of making sketches later, but which are beyond my skills. I have also included sketches by Van Gogh and illustrations by Dorothee Duntze (the garden) and Lisbeth Zwerger (the seascape.
