I really like how it portrays motion, really feels like the painting's going 50 Mph, and the colors on the figure are really nice. The sun illuminates the person's skin, making it look vibrant, but the sky is looks muddy and gray with all the colors. Try to study some color theory and add some subtle light to the background.
I'm no expert though, so take that with some salt :)
