2nd gesture study, again from Bridgman - I thought it looked ok/balanced until i took the photos...especially from back/front... I did admittingly spend more time on side view!

Really fun pose and I can definitely feel the emotion of the pose. I would make sure the limbs (legs and arms) taper correctly, they should be largest as where they attach to the torso and get smaller as they move toward the extremities. the glutes from the side also look to be too high up and there should be more "s" curve to the legs from the side view. Great study and keep up the work! every sculpture will help you get better!

Here is my first master gesture study from Bridgman - i picked this pose as I was intrigued if I could achieve balance. Will work on my photographer skills as these came out dark... :)

Hey great pose and really fun gesture. From the angle you're observing in the reference it looks pretty good but make sure the primary forms and the limbs taper correctly as they move out from the center of the body, right now they feel a little lumpy. the head might also be a bit large. It's a great study so keep up the great work!

My first gesture assignments...First one on left... It sure is helpful to focus on silhouette before detail. I felt like I learned a lot from first one, second one seemed much easier.

Hey there! Here are my 3 armatures for this assignment: 11.75" (legs ended up a bit longer, aiming for 11.5"...learned the importance of measuring at least twice on this one!), 5.5", 3.25".
