I'm loving the control I am getting with this. It's a custom alpha I made for myself for Procreate. Gives me some nice edge control while also layering well. It almost feels like airbrushing, but with more of an edge to it. Feel free to save the alpha texture to try yourself, and tell me what you think!! I was watching the Draftsmen "Scribble to Discover" episode, and I felt kinda encouraged. Because the way I like to draw is to roughly map out attractive and gestural shapes when designing, and then refine. I do digital as well, so I can get clean lines if I want to refine for a full illustration. (The second image is the Grinch, haha)
