Doing the snail after the boots definitely made me feel more confident. It’s obviously way simpler of a reference but it was also easier to simplify.

This is my attempt at the boots before watching the demo. I can feel myself wanting to simplify but not really knowing how to do it. And I think adding straight lines would help make it more interesting. Seems like I only did C and S curves.

First attempt. Pre-demo. Really focused on simplification and the 5 values. It turned out a little skinny though! Critiques welcome.
