Hey! Initially I was a traditional artist too, started digital art not that long ago. I like WLOP! The art is amazing! I also like artists like Loish, Imad Awan, Mikko Eerola, David Greco, Devin Elle Kurtz and others but that's all I can think of right now!

I did this kind of exercises with one of my drawings, but I don't know if I'm doing it well...
I am pretty sure it looks fine! The only thing that comes into my mind (and I face the same issue in my art) is the static feeling. I think the sketches caught more of the "movement". Usually when we do rough and fast sketches we make them more alive, than when we are so precious about each line we draw. Keep practicing, figure/gesture drawings should help you with that! I must say the anatomy is pretty good on your character too :)
