I am thinking of transitioning from traditional to digital. I want to first gather some artists to learn and take inspiration from. One artist I've found is WLOP. Any other digital artists you guys like?

I love WLOP’s work too! Another artist I admire is RossDraws, Pako, Mika Pikazzo, and Fuka (Hk_Nemo on Twitter). Edit: Oh, and also Mai Yoneyama! ^_^

It kind of depends on what you want to do with digital. I have focused a lot on digital portraits and figure paintings. I come from over 40 years of traditional art background. If you are interested in seeing some of my time lapse videos you can check them out here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxLr4Juph5m4vjU-ThkLoLA Marco Bucci has some great videos about digital painting in general. You also can't go wrong watching a ton of Sinix Design videos on digital painting. BoroCG has some great videos on YouTube as well.

Hey! Initially I was a traditional artist too, started digital art not that long ago. I like WLOP! The art is amazing! I also like artists like Loish, Imad Awan, Mikko Eerola, David Greco, Devin Elle Kurtz and others but that's all I can think of right now!
