I agree with Rubén, but you shouldn't bother much about the proportions right now, approach it in steps. The first thing you must focus on is to represent the movement with lines, which I think you're doing well, specially with the poses with no time limit. What helped me quite a bit with foreshortened members is to use wrapping lines, as it kinda of forces your brain to place the arm or legs, for exemple, in an understanding, thoughtfull manner - if that makes sense. Although I like prokos gesture drawing, I think you could benefit from taking a look on how Michael Hampton approaches his figures, it's more beginner friendly, as he almost offers you a recipe for gesture drawing.
