This was by far the most pleasant and enjoyable podcast of yours that I've heard/watched -- it really clicked with me. A lot of good practical advice, and very relatable experiences that you described: about fearing to screw up the sketchbook, about wanting to keep a very high level with all of the drawings in there etc. I found the solution for me was to just stop caring and to dump everything in there (I mean literally everything) -- it's a mess and I love it.
