I really like your line quality and shapes! What you could try doing more of is drawing a main line of action that goes through the whole figure before showing the contour of the figure. (You do this already in your drawing of the person sitting down) This line should show the main motion. It usually follows the spine, think of it like a skeleton for the movement. Using C,S, and I lines like @Adam Wiebner said is helpful for this. I've attached some examples, they're not very well done as I used my finger and ms paint, but hopefully they get the idea across. Please let me know if you have any questions!
@danielcrespo63
I usualy draw a main line of action when the figure is very twisted or backwards... but recently I realised that is very helpful to show some tilting and leaning Thank you for your feedback and examples, I'll do my best :)

@danielcrespo63 Gesture drawings look good, i see good sense as to story of the poses! As Stan mentions importance of C, S and I lines, perhaps you can consider if you can use a little more often I or straight lines to contrast with curves. I hope that helps.
@danielcrespo63
Yes... I'm trying to introduce more straight lines to simplify but at the same time I love to show some shape with lots of C and S curves its hard to find a balance hahaha thank you for your feedback! :)

Overall, it looks to me as you understand the idea behind 30sec gestures. I would say the best way to improve from here would be to do a whole lot of them, as in hundreds or thousands. This will help you build up your mileage and lead to improvements.
@danielcrespo63
I'll do as many as I can :) Thank you ^^
@danielcrespo63
Hello everyone! I recently started drawing, so I'd love to read any suggestion/feeback/critique of my gesture drawings. This set is around 30''/pose :) Thank you so much and good drawing!
@danielcrespo63
Hey guys :) I've tried some 30'' gestures and I'm struggling A LOT to find flowy lines in "twisted" poses... I'd love to have read feedback^^ Thank you all
