So satisfying to draw em, but still is hard when foreshortening is strong

So my choice for the animal was penguin. I drew some detailed drawing at first to get main understanding of which shapes are important and which are not. Then i simplified until i got used to the main shapes, and drew some sketches from imagination (the last 2 photos). looking forward to hear what I did wrong, right, and how I can improve
