im not entirely certain of how to complete this assignment without already knowing the muscle shapes and tendons and insertion points etc which is what this course is supposed to teach right? Are we supposed to just copy the ‘answer’?

Basically! This assignment is more about understanding how to do a tracing, rather than what to trace. I started by tracing all the muscle forms I recognized first before continuing on with the video.
