The flexors and extensors that we covered are basically opposites of each other. The extensors start at the lateral epicondyle and flow through the back of the hand. The flexors start at the medial epicondyle and flow through the palm of the hand. The ridge muscles are different. They start all the way up at the humerus and flow through the side of the wrist.
