I think it's the epicondyle but I don't know. What makes me think it's the epicondyle is that little shadow to the left of it, does that make sense? If it wasn't for that I'd say it's the ulna.
I agree with you that it's the medial epicondyle. I don't think it can be the ulna since it's too far away. Here it is from a different angle, using Skelly:
