I don't know if intentional for stylistic purposes... Everything looks fantastic but it looks like you didn't wait long enough between applying water color layers and they just for the most part bled together giving everything this gray tone. Your proportions, perspective, and line work are all fantastic though just gotta be more patient when applying water color and get better at matching the colors to the reference/the ideal in your imagination.
