@holmes
If I want to draw an ugly and intimidating female character, that is both very creepy and ugly looking, but a without a fantasy appearance like vampires, or the fantasy characters in horror or other fantasy genres. with a very realistic appearance, how should I make her facial and physical features in this case, such as her nose, eyes, mouth, cheeks, ears, skin, forehead, hair etc. Can you please give me an already existing examples of a comics, anime, manga etc. female characters, that fit this description

Hey, @holmes! In the realm of anime, the character that comes to my mind with this description is Yubaba, from “Spirited away”. In the realm of animation, I think of Diretora Lola, from “Irmão do Jorel”. In comics, I think of Dona Anésia. In movies, I remember the witches of Stormhold, from “Stardust”, and Roz, from “Monsters Inc.”. I find it hard to think of a character that fits this description without referencing fantasy, horror or at least humour.
One suggestion I’d have for you would be to grab reference from these “unrealistic” genres, but, when you designing and drawing, try to tune down the exaggeration and the “fantasy factor” so that you can make your character fit into a more realistic context.
Hope this helps!

Hey holmes! I can't think of any direct examples I can pull from to fit your exact description, but I've written down a rough guideline that you could try to create such a character. Remember, these are just suggestions and it all comes down to your personal interpretation of the character.
Eyes: You might want to make them small and set far apart, or alternatively, very large and intense. Deep-set eyes under heavy brows can create an intimidating look.
Nose: A long, large nose can add to the unique appearance. You could also consider an unconventional shape or a crooked aspect to it.
Mouth: Thin, frowning lips or overly large, expressive ones could contribute to the character's intimidating presence.
Cheeks/Ears: You could consider making her cheeks sunken or overly full and the ears large or oddly shaped.
Skin: Imperfections such as scars, wrinkles, or rough textures can make the character appear more intimidating and realistic.
Forehead: A wide or overly pronounced forehead could add to the character's unique look.
Hair: Wild, unkempt hair or a severe, tightly-pulled back style might contribute to her intimidating appearance.
Keep in mind that your character's personality and actions will also play a HUGE role in making her seem intimidating or creepy. So, don't forget to develop these aspects alongside her physical appearance. Hope this helps!
