I accidentally got a full-time art job but I can't draw. How do I approach starting to learn?

@mich2
I have decided to take a full month off everything to just focus on learning art 24/7. I will do mainly Proko, because it was warmly recommended by pro artists I asked, but in what order? What speed? Should I focus entirely on one thing for days before starting to learn another, or should I do 2h anatomy study, 2h gesture, 2h coloring etc to diversify my days?
I can't draw well to save my life, but I am expected to perform like a professional artist. I hadn't even heard the words "value" or "gesture" in the context of art until a few months ago, and to perform in my new job I have to master not only understanding but also being proficient at applying all of those artistic concepts. Time is very limited, so I would like to set up a "boot camp of drawing" starting on June 1st, I just hope it's doable.
Thank you.
@mich2 not entirely related but Andrew Price (Blender Guru) has a cool talk on YouTube called The Habits of an Effective Artist and he talks about taking on the challenge of getting good at drawing in a short time. He is a 3D artist but in general he has a great youtube podcast channel about artist habits and improving skills. https://youtu.be/vM39qhXle4g
Hi @mich2 definitely start with our Figure Drawing Fundamentals course! I would also recommend Dorian's The Shading Course – Fundamentals of Realism, Light & Shadow
