Download Lesson mp4 Videos onto iPad?

Hello. Do any of you have recommendations for a way to download the video lessons onto an iPad, or an app you recommend for the job? I like to watch streaming when I can, but lately in my neighborhood we have wacky wifi. (It’s an iPad 6th gen, running on 13.5.1.)

I have an iPad pro and all of my downloads go into the iPad's "files" app. You then should be able to move it to other locations like your photos app or a video app player of your choice.
