Access Denied when I try to download an E-book

I wanted download a hand e book.
(tried hand bones, hand muscles 1 &2)
It failed with these error message:

Hi @James Mayr. Thank you for finding this and letting us know.
I'm the seeing the same error on my end. I'll try to get this resolved as soon as we can. We're doing a lot of behind the scenes troubleshooting for next week's launch to the public.
Will let you know when it's fixed.
