Thank you Stan and company for taking the time to do this!
I'm an illustrator learning how to tell stories with characters! I know there are some fundamental mistakes I'm making and other things I'm overlooking but I can't quite figure out what it is. Feedback, no matter how critical, would be appreciated! Any indication on where best to focus my efforts would help me greatly.
My goals in the near future:
-Be able to consistently deliver character illustrations (single + multi character) without the usual frustration
-Learn how to simplify multi character illustrations
-Improve on storytelling
-Be able to complete illustrations that have a good read and are compositionally strong
-And of course find employment as an illustrator within the entertainment industry

Hi! I really admire your illustrations, and i must admit that I am not able to paint anything like it. The only little thing you should do better is deciding what's on the background (make it lighter and add less contrast) and make it clear where the main point is on the painting with more light (the samurai pic).
You don't need more than that. These paintings are gorgeous.
