hello! i am a product designer working in tech (chose design over more illustration biased careers e.g., concept art, etc, as a career choice) and i often find myself "creatively drained" and not able to work on personal projects as my day job takes a lot of my creative energy. my question is, do you feel that your career work affects your creative energy positively or negatively? and if affects you negatively, what do you do to counteract that and what would be the ideal balance for you to have a successful career and still feel creatively fulfilled?
