Your style's extremely pretty! I'd say that in an 'anime' style, One common theme across many artists is the use of exaggeration or manipulation of the human head for appeal! So, you put more focus on the eyes and lips, while the nose is simplified. This 'rule's also exemplified by Ross Draws! To emulate the beauty of the eyes more, I recommend you make a few color studies of artists you really like, or experiment a bit with color theory, which is one of my favorite things to do! In the anime style that you're trying to emulate, maybe lessen a bit of the contour, too! Make the cheeks more round, perhaps the lines of the fingers more pointed, and such! As for more objective critiques; Slant the eyes a bit less so that they're more even with the proportions of the face, make the lips (and nose) more generous in size. It's a consistent mistake I've been beginning to see where people don't size up components of the face enough! Try and play around with it, really, and see where you'll land with it! One of my last points now - Faces have always been hard for me to grasp, but don't make the entire edge of someone's head round! Cheeks sort of make for a slope of sorts that bulge from the face as is! After its mass concludes at some point, since it's used in function for out mouths, that bit of muscle will cease to jut out, so it'll be a more straightforward line, although this also will start again at the bumps of the head for the eyebrows and stuff! There, that's my advice! Here's my take on it, although it's a quick and stylistic rendition, so don't take it too much at face value! You have wonderful art, can't wait to see more from you, and I hope this was good advice!
