This is beautiful! Really great job on your first try! :). The only thing I would mention is to try to get the proportions of the eyes right - you can do that by comparing it to the other features of the face. Study the model a see how far below her eyes are from her forehead, space between eyebrow and eyes, things like that. I've found that that helps me a lot in trying to figure out how to proportion them correctly. And of course, like Stephen mentions, start super light, and that gives you space to adjust.
