The light on the left shoulder makes it feel as if it's much closer than it would be proportionally. I think removing the reflection (maybe add a backlight instead) would make that part feel better, because right now it looks like it's forward, but the positioning of the chin makes me think you meant for that shoulder to be in the plane behind the face. Also, I think that the shoulders/head are too small for the rest of the body, I would suggest making the head like 2x as big (closer to the size of the breasts) and then make the shoulders a lil wider.
