Does ClipStudio Paint have any GPU Options to set? Or any Clipstudio Paint Setting recommendations?

No it doesn't have any GPU settings because it uses CPU/RAM most of the time. From what I remember it uses GPU only when you go for 4K with large brushes on a large canvas and use the 3D models. I have a very old PC and it runs like a charm on it.
