It looks like you have jumped to detailing this one, without checking proportions and if features align. The right ear should be lower. Eyes are quite big. I understand you're going for a stylized look but that requires a bit more overall direction. Just making eyes big isn't enough. There's also the fact that some plane transitions are very harsh (lips, the bridge of the nose) and some are smooth (the nose itself). The eyes have a bit of a weird shape. The right one especially looks like its sogging. Focus on the proportions and bigger shapes, before you move to detailing. Anyways, you've put quite a bit of work into this and it shows. I think the nose looks great.
