Hi, I'm Daniel, from Portugal. I'm really glad to join the competition. I must thank Proko for providing such good studying material... Around 4 years ago I started studying by my own, in great part thanks to both Proko and Proko3D YT channels.
I'd call this piece: "Deliberation" - A thoughtfull and naked deliberation of one's actions.
Approx 30cm tall. Made in polymerclay (sculpey).

Thank you!

Here is my entry for the 2024 sculpture competition. Three weeks was the right amount of time. I didn’t feel too rushed, but I couldn’t stop moving. We had a great model and a great pose and I made some modifications to the angle of the rib cage placement of the hand on the hips and gave her a haircut.

Hello everyone! I had never used this type of material. I think I used a wire for the armature that was too thick, difficult to manage. It limited my proportions and did not guarantee the right thickness in some parts. To experiment, after cooking, I tried to make a bronze-like patina. In your experience, are these artifacts durable? Do they crack over time? There are some tricks that perhaps I have missed... good work to everyone and thanks Proko staff!
