I’m a little Worried about paying up front. Do you have several lessons ready to go, or will we have to wait some unknown amount of time between each one? Are the lessons set up in a specific order? Do I have to go through all the line lessons before going on to something else? Did I understand that this course could go for 18 months or more? Is that one lesson per week or month or some other frequency? I’d like to see the roadmap. I’m not trying to be difficult, but my resources are extremely limited, and I need to be most careful and discerning about where I spend my money. Thanks for any help or insight you can provide.

The plan is to post once a week unless we have holiday events, tech issues, or something special planned out. The course will be going on for a long time and I would expect it to be around 18 months. Lessons will be released in the order Stan thinks is best for teaching basics. You're free to move on and come back to previous lessons. We expect you to work at your own pace :) If you're tight on money right now I would recommend a wait and see approach. We will be releasing free videos and you can then see if you'd like to upgrade further down the line. We also have a 30 day money back guarantee on all our courses so if you're unsatisfied for any we'll refund you.

The same question and the same problem. Especially, when the USD is so high if you live in a different country and Proko does not accept the fact that $100 in the USA is much much less than the equivalent amount in a poorer country. But money aside, will that be a one-time drop of the lessons or will it take a year or so? EDIT: OK, I can see in the comments 18 months or so. I'll pass.

Hi all! I am an older person - stay at home mom homeschooling my children - who wants to learn to draw for the joy of drawing. The more I listen to The Draftsmen podcast the more I realize Proko is geared toward someone who wants to be a professional artist. I'm wondering then if this is really the place for me. I'm wondering if the Drawing Fundamentals course is also too focused on that to where it doesn't fit my situation. I am also starting to feel like I shouldn't draw at all until I have learned more and can do it well but I guess drawing poorly for a long time has to precede drawing at all proficiently. Any thoughts for me? I appreciate any insight!

Start drawing now if you haven’t already. Even doodling, and sketching anything even roughly, will get your hand/eye/brain working together.
