I read the directions a while ago and picked up actually drawing it a few weeks later, soooo drawing the guy took a few days while the pears took a few minutes. I do not like how the pear looks because of the sharpness. I also do not like how my pencil reacted under pressure with the paper either for the guy. If anyone could recommend quality paper for sketching, I would appreciate it.

Welp, I was not able to refine the hands or feet in time. Job got in the way and fell sick recently. The whole sculpture overall is decent considering its my first full human figure. There is of course still room for improvement on stuff like anatomy and cleaning up the surface. I used polymer clay, foil, and 20 gauge steel wire. It is around five inches, so it was really difficult to model at times. Some bits of wire are sticking out because the steel was really hard to twist and it hurt my fingers : ( . For the block, I could not get wood, so I had to use an old sanding block which was wobbly. I replaced the stand with a sword cause swords are cool. Regardless of the obstacles and future disappointment, it was nice to work on this.
