hello all, looking forward to the course. Looks like a good turn out so far! I always wanted to be a comic book artist as a kid but life had other plans for me. Now I’m retired after a 33 year career and working on a graphic novel to fulfill my childhood dream. This course looks like it will be a little more in-depth than my old worn out copy of How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way!😀 I wish you all success in the course and life.

I think a lot of us will have a similar backstory. Being a comic book artist was my childhood dream. I even out together a small team in elementary. 3 of us would pencil, ink, and color drawings and sell them to our classmates. I recently picked up a copy How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way for pure nostalgia, but i find myself being drawn (no pun intended) back to whenever I have a free moment to spare. Best of luck on your GN, hopefully you’ll share it with us all one day.
