i find them quite good, very clean and clear poses. One thing I'd suggest is find one greater action line. Most of your poses are made of a smaller lines. Ive always found it helps to have one main action and build the smaller actions around it. Priorities your movements that way. It's basicaly the first step into design. Here two examples. Hope it helps

Love that you got creative with the second one- adding the geometric shapes to it is a great idea! I think with how nice and dark you have the shadows you can afford a little bit more rendering in the light. Yes, we must compress it, but having nothing there often gives a "bleached out" look that hurts the form.
