i find them quite good, very clean and clear poses. One thing I'd suggest is find one greater action line. Most of your poses are made of a smaller lines. Ive always found it helps to have one main action and build the smaller actions around it. Priorities your movements that way. It's basicaly the first step into design. Here two examples.
