Simplification isn't something I have a lot of knowledge of so feedbak is greatly appreciated, definitely struggled with the portrait but got it done.

Really nice ones. Illustrator? You got the shapes well done and the darks and lights were spot on IMO

This is my attempt at the first project, I drew pear 3 first and pear 1 last. Critique/feedback is very welcome!
The middle one works better with the shadows, darks and lights.Squinting your eyes I would recommend to do indeed.

Hello, this is my attempt before watching the demos. Any feedback is welcome!
Like the contrast you were able to achieve with the darks and whites. You kept it simple but it works.
Shading is always difficult at first. I recommend using the darkest pencil you can get a hold of to start. Its easier to make it dark and the contrast it creates can help a lot. Also, the classic squinting of your eyes to see the shapes in a more simple manner helps a lot.

Well this was harder than I thought it would be. Hadn't set pencil to paper in a few years. Used a Blacking pencil on printer paper because money is tight. 1 hr drawing it.
