How I did it in Affinity photo 1. copy paste color photo 2. create a new layer, make it the top layer, the second layer will be the color photo. 3. Select the new layer (from step 2) - make it red (bucket tool) - make it multiply setting 4. copy paste your drawing and make sure your drawing is a sub layer to the layer you created in step 2. 5. select your black and white drawing (the sub layer in step 4), choose Layer (menu) -> Rasterize to Mask 6. invert your black and white drawing (sub layer you created in step 4) by selecting it and then go to Layer (menu) -> Invert
