I've done a few satirical Batman comics with a buddy of mine. We have come up with a character that's not Batman, but close enough to a Mad Magazine take on the character so that the jokes work.
Here are a couple of sketches of the character, called the Night Guard.
If there’s no issue like that, and your only requirement is some guards who can take care of entry points, do gatekeeping, perform routine petrol, etc then you need static security guards.
