The rendering is well done overall. I recommend doing more studies of form, simplification of the body, posing the body and the limits that it has, gesture and shape appeal. Ethan Becker makes great tutorials for this. Watch Proko's videos on gesture and maniqunization. For shape appeal, I recommend Sinix Design. (Also as a note I recommend focusing on gesture from Proko and Ethan Becker as well as studying the body using Ethan Beckers one-sided triangle shape as well the shape from this video "Draw Gesture with O̲N̲E̲ shape: NEVER draw ArMs or LeGs- EVAR! [also never ever use bean shape]" )

Nice work @Itti Wang ! One thing that catches my eye, is her right forearm, which seem more 2D than the rest of the figure. Perhaps try adding some shadows and sculpt the edges a bit? Have a nice day!
