It appears that the elephant erasers come in different hardnesses. Does anyone have enough experience with them to comment on choosing a hardness? Stan linked to a "300/20" but I'm finding more buying options around "300/60".

So... I bought where it says "full course" and then it says that i dont have such content because i am not premium. To be premium is paying all months?

It's a one-time payment. Sounds like either you didn't get through the full payment process or there's a technical error, in which case: https://www.proko.com/help

For uploading assignments, is there a recommendation for what to use for analog drawings? For example, taking a photo vs scanning?

Based on comments Stan has made in the Draftsman podcast, I imagine either method is fine as long as the image is clear -- not blurry, no weird shadows, bright enough to see well, and not at a weird angle. Scanning makes that easier, but most people are more likely to have access to a phone with a camera than a scanner.
