I tried to recreated some things that i saw,but its really difficult for me draw things from real life(cause is very boring) i prefer the artwork stuff,
but i know that is important .
so if you can give me some tip, i would be happy!

This is a wonderful start.
I like the sketchiness although it does get a little messy in some areas. The messiness fits for an area like the shoelaces, but I think the snail could be cleaned up a bit.
Practice slowing down your mark making. Only draw as fast as your thoughts and take your time with your thoughts.
“Straight, C curve, S curve, round, hard, soft…” these sort of ideas is where you want your mind to be.
Every line is a thought.
Keep that in mind.
I like your sketchbook page. You did great with this assignment.

In the start i didnt get the idea but then it feel strange the pressure in my hand and i feel weird mu pencil,Then it was more easy for me and i think is a excelent warm up

Looks really nice! One thing you could try next time is to avoid outlining the shape of the highlight. This is what Stan means when he says SHARP edges -- not to outline with a different value, but to use controlled edges to define the highlight. I think you did a great job with this exercise, especially with the pear. Keep it up :)
