Hey Len, absolutely! I'd be honored if you want to play around with the design, just give me a tag @milerski_artwork on instagram if you do :) thank you so much for the critique, I've been off drawing robots a bit to spend time learning gouache, but maybe this is the call to paint a robot in that medium!

Hey Len, thank you so much for the critique!
I definitely see what you mean with the legs. Perspective is still tricky to me, so posing the legs like this is a bad habit I'm trying to shake. I think I got the pose from a tortoise reference and the legs were pretty much posed like this, but I can see that it's a better design decision to do the harder thing. I'll definitely keep it in mind for future designs.
Thank you for drawing an elipse over the h2O tank thingy, I immediately saw what I did wrong, definitely a good reminder to get back to elipse practice and actually revisit and upload the assignments :)
And THANK YOU for explaining that bounce light effect. I didn't know that it gets warmer when it gets bounced off a surface, so I just used blue-ish or simply white bounce light in some areas. I have been drawing and painting a lot of dragons lately, but I see this as my call to do a mechanised dragon and get back into robots as a whole (after doing the assingments) :)
