These are my 30 second and 2 minute sketches, all the references used come from the SketchDaily reference site :) (I figured out how to post as help request sorry for the repost) if I could get some critique I'd really appreciate it, thank you!

Hey @Michael Maxwell, nice work with these gestures! I really like how simple and flowing your sketches look. One that caught my eye right away is the one I’m highlighting in blue in the image attached: very good sense of flow from the knee all the way to the upper torso! That’s the kind of long, continuous flow we wanna look for in gesture training. Great job. I notice some areas where I believe you could try putting in a stronger sense of weight (I’m highlighting these areas in orange across the attached image) - these are usually grounding points of the body in those poses, where gravity is most felt, so you can experiment using more straight lines and angles to convey a grater sense of stability and support. If the perspective is less usual (a top view, for example), sometimes just suggesting a subtle shadow on the ground might help too. You might as well be aware of balance, as it seems to be going slightly off sometimes, especially in the one I highlighted in red - but, luckily, you’ll have a whole lesson on balance later on the figure course, so nothing to worry about - for now, simply try to notice of it where you can. Hope this helps! Let me know in case you have any questions. Keep it up!
