Decently happy. The head felt off for so long and I spent so much time trying to get it to feel right that I now realize how much I neglected the body. But, was fun and I'll probably go back and do more with the body soon.

I think my pre-demo digital drawings are a bit "better", but they also took a lot longer. Didn't really feel like I was moving quick, was far more meticulous and measured. So post demo I decided to do them all with pencil and really try to move a bit faster and focus on longer strokes. Even when trying to focus on confidence, things were definitely messy (especially the laces).

Feel as though I did it a bit quick and maybe rushed. Will probably do it a few more times with more time invested. Still, happy with the idea and OK with how it turned out. Was unsure if this was supposed to be done right after attempting the simplifying to CSI project since the corresponding demos and critiques are way after, but attempted it anyways. Open to any critiques.

Decided to draw two of the pears, then watched the pear demo and redrew them. Then decided to also draw the portrait, watch the portrait demo, and redraw it. Fixing proportions was and is difficult, especially when I already had different values down around the eyes, noses, and mouth. Couldn't really get it exactly how I'd like, but happy with my portrait redraw overall.
